The parts are complete and can be assembled. It can be made to run if batteries are used after assembly. We would appreciate your understanding before making a purchase. The item is considered used because it has once been in the hands of a person. The box has abrasions and other damage. Judge the condition of the product by the photo. This is an unused item that has not been assembled. Some older plastic model kits may contain adhesives. In such cases, we will remove them from the kit and discard them, as they cannot be placed on airfreight. Please understand this.
