Hot Wheels Racing Line 1:43 scale, this is a pre-production sample of Williams F1 Formula Race Car. Best we can tell the product has reached its final example production and what we have now is one of those examples inside the packaging mock-up to show Mattel what the packaging will be like minus artwork. Overall very nice condition for what is normally an item that is disposed of, these are great pieces of Mattel Hot Wheels History showing the process of approval. The outer plastic case has some light scratches, and the left upper corner has a small tear in the cardboard. This piece came from the Mike Strauss Blackwall Collection. There is no COA, and this information is just conveyed to provide some history of this item. Please be sure to view all the images to see the condition of the item.
